Waiver

I declare that my I am physically fit and ready to participate yoga classes taught by Alyson Meadows.

I will not hold liable Speak Your Souls LLC and/or instructors for any accident or injury occurring
on or arising from the normal course of the program or due to a pre­existing condition not disclosed by the parent or person.

I do authorize emergency first aid care by instructors in the event that my I may become injured or ill during the program. Soul Speaks Yoga has the goal to promote Yoga for Children, families and the community therefore our websites, social media accounts and advertisements will be created to achieve and promote this goal.

  I hereby grant to SPEAK YOUR SOULS and any licensees, agents, and
assignees thereof (collectively, “Photographer”) the perpetual, irrevocable, global and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish and copyright (collectively, "Use") my picture, likeness, and voice (collectively, "Image") in any media for publicity, art, advertising, trade, or for
any other lawful purpose.
   I understand that my Image may be substantially edited, altered, or modified. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve Photographer's Use of my Image in any media. I grant Photographer the right to market and sell copies of my Image. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to Photographer's Use of my Image.
  I release Photographer and any legal representatives and assigns thereof from any claims in connection with the Use of my Image. I intend for this agreement to bind all of my
heirs, assignees, personal representatives, and members of my family.

I am at least 18 years old, have read and understand this agreement, and am competent to execute it.
